Jessica Oleson and Sarah Mulholland Named to "50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds"

Jessica Oleson is COO for Distribution in Client Service. She joined Bridgewater in 2009 and is responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of that business, including business planning, change management, business processes, reporting, and metrics. Jessica is also responsible for Bridgewater’s sub-advisory distribution partnerships. Prior to her current role, she was a Client Advisor, covering US and international clients, including public and corporate pension funds, university endowments, charitable foundations, and foreign governments.

Sarah Mulholland serves as Co-Head of Product Management in Technology. A 13-year veteran of the firm, Sarah’s primary responsibility is solutioning and delivering the technology that governs portfolio construction and trade execution logic and operations. She joined Bridgewater in 2008 as a senior trader and was promoted to run an asset class desk and later managed trade execution strategies across all asset classes before delivering a multi-year transformation of Bridgewater’s trade execution platform.

Today, both Sarah and Jessica play an active role in shaping the next generation of leaders at Bridgewater, especially through their support of the firm’s employee affinity networks. In association with EY, The Hedge Fund Journal published its ninth edition of “50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds,” recognizing difference makers across the hedge fund industry. Jessica and Sarah join other Bridgewater colleagues who have shared this honor in past years including Karen Karniol-Tambour, Helene Glotzer, Erin Miles, and Robyn Shepherd.
